An answer?

A friend posted a plea for help on behalf of one of her friends earlier today, and I tried to reply to say it wasn’t their fault and how they should not have to accept bullying behaviour  But it’s hard to find the right words.

Then I just got up from bed to get a drink and this is what I saw on the door of my fridge “it doesn’t matter what others think of you, all that matters is what you think of YOU” Bebin Sharma.

Apologies to Bebin for using their quote  I hope it was acceptable to use it. But I thought it was very important to share this quote. When everyone is against you there is some comfort in this little sentence.

  1. True but at a certain point, difficult to internalize. I’ve been struggling with this for a while — I think a person’s morale can get beaten down so the sentence is no longer true (but it’s true). ❤
